I absolutely LOVE this gym. The gym has all the necessary equipment, to train, machines to dumbbells, including ab wheels and weightlifting belts. The gym is always clean and NEVER crowded. I work as a personal trainer at a local box gym. In my 40 years of working out, this is the best gym I’ve ever trained in.

I found The Hive to have a great variety of machines and free weights, friendly staff, clean environment, a relaxing atmosphere, just a good place a come to try to stay off getting old. Would recommend.

Its great been going for 7 months really clean but what would be great if they had a skull crusher machine would be great

Class descriptions

Cardio Fuse

High intensity/impact, Cardio kickboxing and plyo meets aerobics. Use bands and mat work for added arm, leg and core work. Can be modified

High Fit

High-intensity/impact, aerobic-dance meets HIIT. No equipment used. Can be modified.



High-energy, cardio interval-training meets upbeat drumming. Low-impact. Mat work. Can be modified.


Mix of yoga and Pilates targets both large & small muscle groups while increasing flexibility. Low impact. Uses mat. Shoes optional.

Body sculpt

Weight-training meets aerobics. Targets specific muscle groups using weights. Low-impact.

Barre Fusion

A hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, cardio and strength training. Low impact.

Yin / Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga uses poses and breath to increase strength adn flexbility. Yin: slow / restorative | VINYASA: flows, quicker moving and connected.


Latin and pop-based dance aerobic workout. High-energy, medium-impact but can be modified easily.

Step it Strength

Step-aerobics meets strength-training. Cardio and weights combine with upbeat music in this high-energy class.


HIIT. High-intensity cardio tracks mixed with high-rep strength training that shape and tone your body for maximum results.

Cross-functional fitness

High-intensity interval training, a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc.

Forever fit

A low-impact class that includes flexibility, aerobics, and strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights, and resistance bands to help with active aging. Chairs are used for sitting and standing support.
